1. Services Provided 

The Company will provide career acceleration services to the Client, which may include, but are not limited to, the following: 

● Personalized Career Story Development & Presentation: A deep dive into the Client's competencies and career aspirations to refine their professional narrative for maximum impact. 

● Strategic Networking & Targeting: Identification of key decision-makers and relevant organizations, leveraging networking strategies to expand the Client's reach. ● Network Access: Facilitation of warm introductions for informational discussions, referrals, interview preparation, and offer negotiations. 

2. Our Commitment 

The Company commits to assisting the Client in effectively articulating their value proposition to a wider network of influential professionals, with the goal of increasing relevant conversations and interview opportunities. The Company, however, cannot guarantee a specific outcome, such as securing a job offer or a promotion. 

3. Term 

This engagement is valid for 12 months. 

3. Client's Responsibilities 

The Client is responsible for their active participation in the process, including providing accurate information, engaging in networking activities, and following the guidance provided by the Company. The success of the engagement is a collaborative effort. 

4. Confidentiality 

All information shared between the Company and the Client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent, except as required by law. 

5. Disclaimer 

The Company acts as a strategic advisor and facilitator. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not a recruiting or placement agency and is not responsible for securing a job for the Client. The decision to hire remains with the hiring company. 

6. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Connecticut
